Different plants have different needs for spectrum
For example, lettuce is red / Blue 4:1, strawberries 5:1 and general-purpose 8:1. Some need to add infrared and ultraviolet rays, but some factories know only a little. They put all the spectra together and call them full spectrum, which is suitable for any plant. As a result, because it contains ultraviolet rays, it kills people's orchids. Fortunately, it's not hundreds of thousands. White light contains all the spectra, so someone made a white LED, which is full spectrum. Philips also did this stupid thing. I did an experiment. The same plants used two 200W white lights and a 90W UFO (red and blue 1:1) and a 90W square (red and blue 8:1). After a week, the plants under white light grew significantly slower than those with red and blue lights. Don't superstitious about white light. At most, add a few white LEDs to the red and blue lights for improvement, rather than as the main lights. The output lumen of the LED itself is not high. Some customers say that Philips is useless, because the maximum of Philips T-tube lamps is 20W. A frosted lampshade is added, and some lumens are lost. How many micromolars can be left hanging high and shooting on plants? No wonder it works. Led plant lamps below 50 watts are suitable for use close to plants, which are more suitable for plant tissue culture (layered planting), family flower and vegetable cultivation, soilless cultivation in small space, etc., while LED plant lamps above 50 watts are suitable for greenhouse, and it is better to control the distance from the main crown area of crops within 2.5 meters.
